Use a relationship element to record an access point, identifier, or IRI value of a related entity that is supplied by a cataloguing agency.
The value supports the general principles of "accuracy", "sufficiency and necessity", "significance", "economy", "consistency and standardization", "integration", and "interoperability" of Statement of international cataloguing principles (ICP).
