This is a suggested string encoding scheme for a value of a has title of manifestation element that is a compound title.

For a manifestation that has a super-unit, the string encoding scheme combines values of strings that are taken from statements of title and responsibility that appear in the manifestation, in the following order:

  1. a common title of a super-unit of the manifestation
  2. a unit designation of the manifestation
